About the role

The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our Sales Coordinator Team, on a day to day basis with operational matters. They will require exceptional attention to detail, ability to delegate tasks, prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to show initiative to make decisions that benefit the company.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited it:

  • Act as the first point of contact for our customers and clients including our BYOD parents
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and cases
  • Processing customer orders and enquiries within SLAs
  • Maintaining order and case quantity across the month to meet your KPIs
  • Assist in the uptake of additional tasks as per the business needs
  • Ensure backorders are maintained and supplier invoices regularly followed up
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

 

About you

Your ability to work in a team environment, have a curious mindset towards problem solving and excellent customer service skills will see your success in this role. You will also possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in administration / sales processing / customer service
  • A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
  • Confident, energetic and self-motivated individual
  • Experience with SalesForce and ServiceCloud highly advantageous
